Protein zyada lo

  • Paneer
  • Doodh
  • Dahi
  • Eggs
  • Chicken/Fish
  • Soya chunks

Calorie-rich foods add karo

  • Peanut butter
  • Dry fruits (badam, kaju, kishmish)
  • Bananas
  • Dates (khajoor)
  • Ghee (limited amount)

Har 2–3 ghante me kuch khao

  • 3 main meals + 2–3 snacks

Weight gain shake

  • 1 banana
  • 1 glass milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4–5 dates

Blend karke roz piyo.

Strength training karo

  • Push-ups
  • Squats
  • Dumbbell exercises
